📝 General Description

The Neuron Gauge Pressure Sensor by El Watch is designed for precise measurement of liquid or gas pressure relative to ambient atmospheric pressure. Available in various pressure ranges up to 250 Bar (with options up to 2000 Bar on request), this wireless sensor features a rugged, compact stainless steel housing with an external radio transmitter. The integrated battery provides up to 10 years of life. All measurements are accessible via web, app, or API.

⚙️ Principle of Operation

The sensor consists of two parts: a pressure transducer and a radio transmitter. The transducer has a G 1/4” male process connection and an M12 connector to the transmitter. The transmitter powers the transducer, reads the pressure signal, and sends data wirelessly to the Neuron Gateway. It includes a strong built-in magnet for secure attachment on magnetic surfaces.
Measurements occur every 30 seconds; if pressure changes beyond a critical threshold, the sensor reports immediately; otherwise, it reports every 2 minutes.
