📝 General Description

The Neuron Vacuum Pressure Sensor by El Watch measures pressure from -1 bar to +1 bar of liquids or gases relative to ambient atmospheric pressure. Housed in a rugged stainless steel casing with IP67 protection, it is designed for demanding industrial environments. It offers high accuracy of ±0.5% full scale and a resolution of 1 mBar. The pressure transducer digitally transmits the measurement to the wireless transmitter via a 50 cm M12 cable.

⚙️ Principle of Operation

The sensor consists of a pressure transducer with a G 1/4” male process connection and an M12 connector for electrical connection to the radio transmitter. The transmitter powers the transducer, reads the pressure signal, and wirelessly sends data to the Neuron Gateway. It features a built-in magnet for easy and secure mounting on magnetic surfaces.
The sensor measures pressure every 30 seconds and transmits immediately if the pressure changes beyond a critical threshold; otherwise, it reports every 2 minutes.
